I wasn’t a morning person in general, not a night owl too . I guess a midday bird, but I always remember the time when I delivered a wedding bouquet for a friend’s photoshoot to this beach and I made my own promise that one day I will wake up this early to go here. I never imagined going to the beach early in the morning and beach is meant for afternoon and sunset. . That promise, stuck in my head for about 4 years and here I am again.
Truth to be told, I had a display session / or a mock up session with a prospective bride who wanted to have locally grown flowers for an ethical reason. As a result, I had bunches of beautiful flowers grown in the backyard of the country that were too beautiful to be thrown away after the mockup.
So here I was, 3PM calling my best gal Gladdy from Semeja and the photographer Jonny Torhuta (he’s behind most of the beautiful shots in this portfolio page) and asked if they are available to do a photoshoot. No agenda, no moodboard, no certain theme or style. We call this style jamming, just like a bunch of musicians came in the studio and play and complete each other to make a music. All are at the last minute.
