Let me go ahead and set the scene.
Just like the name “The Edge”, you will feel that you are at the Edge of the southern tip of Bali Island. When you stood by “The Edge” of the Villa, you will feel something exhilarating. Waves chasing waves, and once in a while you will spot surfers roaming the seas doing acrobatic movements with the waves. Such a moment!
Then there was Steven & Shirley wedding. I’ve met Shirley once through a wedding directory website to discuss her wedding plan. But to me they are not just my clients. Steven is the brother of my sister’s best friend, though we have only met once, they quickly made into my VIP list (all my brides and grooms made into my VIP list by different means, not to discriminate :))
The planning took about 6 months and both of them gave me a lot of flexibility for me to think about what to put on their wedding day. Of course they gave me guidelines: purple and yellow, branches, rustic, and something unique.
The most memorable thing of their wedding is making the bridal bouquet. We incorporated something different this time, small shells and corals are beautifully arranged into the bouquet. Very unconventional, fun and felt risky when doing it, but it looked very cute.
